ABOUT PASTOR SMITH

Bryant L Smith was born and raised in the metropolitan city of Miami, Florida.
At an early age, he answered the call of God by dedicating his life to service. A product of Christian education, he graduated from Miami Union Academy in Florida and moved on to Oakwood University in Huntsville, AL, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Ministerial Theology. From there, he matriculated to Andrews University in Berrien Springs, MI, where he received a Masters of Divinity. He also holds a Doctoral Degree in Leadership and Church Growth from the United Theological Seminary in Dayton OH. Endorsed by the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventist Dr. Smith is a Board Certified spiritual care provider in the Healthcare industry.
As a pastor in the Allegheny West Conference, Dr. Smith has brought innovation and growth in all of his pastoral assignments.
In the state of Virginia, he renovated the church, moved them into a permanent home, and burned their mortgage. As the leader in Youngstown, OH his outstanding work in the community led him to receive the Keys to City from the Mayor of Youngstown and was selected to travel to Israel on a missionary assignment of building relationships with that nation. Dr. Smith has also served as the Communication Director of the Allegheny West Conference in Columbus, OH from 2014-2019. He currently serves as the senior pastor at the Shiloh Seventh-day Adventist church where the congregation is growing and impacting the city of Cincinnati.
Dr. Smith has shared the good news of Jesus Christ and His saving graces in numerous places throughout the United States, Canada, South America, Africa, and the Caribbean to name a few. He has been the keynote speaker for various special events and has conducted several ministry initiatives and evangelistic efforts, bringing hundreds to the saving knowledge of our Lord and Savior.
Dr. Smith is happily married to Amanda (Jacques), who works as a Speech-Language Pathologist. God has blessed their union with a son, Braylen Levi and a daughter Simone Elyse. Pastor Smith is dedicated and determined to preach the gospel to dying souls and tell all about the good news of salvation. This powerful and motivational speaker is a man of God with a word from the Lord. Pastor Smith firmly believes: “God never promised an easy flight, just a safe landing.”
